(keep in mind i'm typing this while half asleep, so forgive me for horrible grammer and what not)
I remember reading somewhere on the offcial forums that the magic number for any given area is 34? or 35? something along that area. Anytime there are more players or npcs than 34 it could cause issues ...

Looking great!!!! Can't wait to see more!

Something that may help you out when making larger areas like this, place a single human in the area, the commoner npc. This will give you an idea of how the scale of things are in relation to the character as well as distance for travel or corners etc ...

Thanks for the kind comments. I just try to imagine who would live in these areas considering the location. I would guess that more than one person would live in these homes. More along the lines of a whole family or large group of dockworkers renting the areas.

I'm not sure what you mean by no X ...

Here are some screen shots of some "slummyish" type common homes.
5 different areas in total. I would have had 9, but I had to start over since the original was trashed by me experimenting..oh well...

I just noticed there are no "lit candles" in the prefabs, sorry about that.
Something that may help you out, switch to wireframe mode when trying to place an effect. If you zoom in you can see a slight flickering in the center of the effect, use this as your guide to place the effect.

Look in the prefab tab for the lit candle, once you drop it down it will place the effect exactly where it belongs.

Something to tool around with.

Ok, i've been working on this Mod for the fun of it, and now i'm pretty bored with it.
It's pretty big considering all that is involved story wise.
To give you an idea of what I have in mind for my mod....

The whole idea is to figure out where the strange yellow/orange mist comes from at night ...

I have not been playing long on this server, so I can only offer suggestions about the lower lvl areas, 1-8.

First impressions:
