The simplest answer Vahne, is that without DM's about, Dasaria has nothing to offer players.
And without other players about, theirs nothing to stimulate RP and nothing to make people stick about, unless they have some strange desire to level chars on a server that does its level best to slow that ...

I highly doubt eric, that MOTB will make the Pat Mcgroyn's and other stupidly named or played chars from being created.
Humanity is and allways be a vast sea of stupidity.

I voted Yes because it may help with the server population issue, it will defiantly stop the silly problems we have with mages, it will allow for new content with the interesting new stuff in MOTB toolset and armours etc.

Well I also have to wonder how much damage is being done by rampant amounts of alts..
I know of atleast 3 RP storylines i was working on that died because people were playing alts.
how can you play out a storyline if one or more of the key players are happily monster slaying with the dummy mc dummy ...

To know that when I log in, in regular EU hours, that I can do something fun.
Instead of just standing around seeing if anyone is about... trying to do things and fail horribly, or beat them so soundly that its not satifying.

Its all well and good to hold out the flag saying player driven... but ...

I think the fact their removing death spells from DnD4.0 is a bloody huge indicator of what people in general think of death spells.
Anyhow thats just my thought on the matter...

My guess its something to do with increasing numbers of players causing additional packet loss which means when server is sending you data it is corrupted, NWN2 spazzes and crashes.

The game itself runs great and perfroms nicely. And i'm running Vista 64 which is hardly the ideal OS for it.
Btw Vahne, you could probably get it running but it would involve doing stuff if you want to know gimme a pm

Heya.. I'm gonna come in with another example shown to me when i was taking business mathmatics...

Take guy A and B, A earns 100E a week, B earns 200.
Now over here we have PAYE, pay as you earns so we pay tax every week.

Now lets say PAYE is 10% of your pay.

So guy A pays 10E in tax, guy B pays ...

I think you forgot the part where the 10th guy gets a good accountant and pays less then the 9th guy.
Wasnt it some rich guy in the US that found out that he paid less tax then his secretary ?
