The *only* way to fix it, rather than getting him to come back from AFK, is killing the NPC and waiting for respawn... Obviously - never do it.

In an RP world there is no such thing as kill stealing unless done for OOC reasons (i.e xp).

You are a fighter.
There is a wolf.
You fight wolf.

Xp = non-existant.

I noticed that gnomes can only use the robes, everything else is useless to them. - i.e, they cant use the quarterstaff of the tower (too small to carry it), and the amulet of the maestro is human / half-elf only

Any reason gnome can't be put on there?

You DO lose gold/xp when dying at the hands of a player, unless v4 changed that.

as far as i know corpse bags will be coming at some point in the future for pvp death where you will lose a random item in it - at least this is how it was in das1 ...

I crash 50% of the time regardless of where I'm transitioning to/from.
