There is great potential in playing Canite if one is willing to commit. My advice is to consider if you want to focus on that aspect of the game in a larger degree. Experience tells us that it is fairly common for players to have an evil (or even canite-allied) character. That character is however put next to other characters and if you start hopping forth and back between characters anything as complicated as starting and perhaps run an entire faction most likely will diminish the canite idea pretty fast. Its fine to have a character but to start a serious faction requires some determination so to speak.
Dasaria is not built to be played with Canite characters, understand and accept that first and foremost. You must enjoy that it requires time and patience to find rewarding RP since it as often means running away as you end up in the center of the social RP. It is very rewarding and the many great RPers in here makes it possible to actually play the enemy - no question about it. Just keep in mind that the role is bordering on the NPC role and not the "main characters." Keep this in mind and work with the community to create interesting sub-plots for you but just as much for the "good-factions." Dasaria is a joint experience, its never we against them but us creating a story together. Big words, I know but I think its the essence of Dasaria regardless of faction. It is however a little bit more important to remember if one playes a character on the wrong side of the campaign.
I am glad to see we are still remembered and if someone think its a good idea to use "the old canite" idea I might be helpful, but as stated above, perhaps a fresh start is a better way to go
Either way - Long live the TRUE Emperor!
