I'm currently working on it. Everywhere I glanced over that talked about it said it was good.

For some reason I can't get it read though... some reason I'm supposed to be working while I'm at work. Go figure.

heh, the first 3 chapters are pretty damn good so far. I'm taking my time though, don't want it to end.

my friend said he ordered it for 20$ pre-order from amazon, it arrived 11am on the day of its opening. pretty sweet deal considering some payed 100$ and more in the parking lot from shady cats.

Finished it last night, a great read and a good conclusion to the 10 year running series. Probably lacks that extra magic (forgive the pun) of the other books due to it not being a proper school year, but the action is the hottest out of all of them. It wraps up everything and every character and even includes a sappy epilogue. Snape's ending is clearly the best.

Not to be an anti-potter jerk or anything, but I intensely dislike this series. That being said, the last book actually isn't that bad. Not as good as, let's say, A storm of Swords by George R. R. Martin, or the Hunter's Blades trilogy by R. A. Salvatore, but pretty good none-the-less.

Funny how someone can go from writing a story on napkins to being richer than the queen.

Too bad, here are my theories. Shrunk because you know my theories are completely true and will probably make you hate Harry Potter and his terrible... TERRIBLE.... existance.

No main characters will die because that would be what people expect.

Alot of second tier characters (snape, nevil and such) will die or be mauled to show the importance of Harry and co.

Harry won't actually defeat Voldemort through any of his own actions, it'll either be the power of love or Snape turning on Voldemort and both of them dieing because of their greed.

Also, Ron and Hermoine will get married because they've been god damn hinting at it for the last three god damn books.

I heard Drizzt was immortal and knew how to clone himself. This is great evidence that Kell is not Drizzt's brother, for he'd just worm the secrets out of the goody-two shoes.

And, back on topic, I think the Harry Potter books are alright, but they're not all they are worked up to be. I'll be waiting until the hype dies down to get a copy.
