Found an item for bow/xbow crafting.

Yes, bow molds can be found just out of the tavern, in the usual bow dealing guy, who also sells torches. (No comment... :P) I've got myself an adamantine bar! Let's start collecting. The problem is, I am not fully ready yet to craft top items, but I will be soon I hope. Any good gloves to help little crafters like me? Another thing, is there anybody that wasted any feat in crafting magic weapons and armor and wondrous items? I sure hope there is, the only thing we lack now are essenses. I already saw gems. Come on people, custom items are way more powerful, at least in the campaign! It makes sense if we can make the same in Dasaria too. Still no belts...

The Dasarian recipes, even the high end ones, will be significantly less powerful than that which was available in the OC.
It's just a game...

I like this. I prefer that the majority of a character's ability come from the character, not from items.

i prefer best items to be found in dragon hoardes and similars too :p
being able to craft a weapon that is better than anything that can be normally found doesn't sound too right...it's not like you can craft artifacts every day :p
(stupid adamantine bastard sword needing 23 ranks to craft -.- and stupid very rare ingots QQ)
Shar-Teel, swordwoman extraordinarie (yeah sure)
Alicia Flameheart, uhm...bigsword wielding swordwoman!

If you could, you'd rather quickly be assassinated or in the Emperors employ. The choice is yours...

Since this is different that single player, how many ranks do you need in what to make certain things? Like, Alchemy, Armor, Weapons, etc. To make light or studded leather, daggers, etc.. is that the same as in the single player, or is it drastically different. I'd like to know, personally, before I take ranks in something that I don't need.

It tells you how many ranks you need and with what skill in the crafting books that can be found in the game.

Will the crafting feats be required in order to make enchanted armour/weaponry?
Some mornings it doesn't seem worth it to gnaw through the leather straps..

Sometimes the recipes have a required amount of skill, sometimes it requires a feat. At least, that's what I read. Haven't tested any of these myself.

Yes, there are books with that feat required to make items in the game.

As far as I can tell, the books with crafting recipes in Dasaria are simply the ones from the NWN2 OC. This is likely because they are part of the default loot tables for several monsters/npcs. I wouldn't take them, or the recipes they contain, very seroiusly.
