my closest is lvl 13. Bard/blackguard, I wouldn't recommend the build if your looking to solo, but the character is fun to play in a group.

Sorcerer - Anabel Winters
Wizard - Jane

And lots more that are 10-15.

I polled with my pure unadultered but adulterous wizard lvl 19

But my other 4 lvl 15+

Jherod lvl 18 I think but needs to loose a lvl before I can use him again.
Arriana lvl 16 I think mixed classes to be a people extinguisher
Lorval Dwarf (hard Rp work) brother of Lucius and Dolt Silverbeard lvl 18 or 19 mixed fighter classes
Tobias Lvl 15 Pirate e.g. chosen classes, feats and skillpoints which I believe fit the type of pirate he is supposed to be. (fun to play, is great at drinking rum and shouting orders at his shipmates but overal a weak build)

I have two other chars as well but can't remember lvl's.
