I believe they co-owned it. I wish I could remember the name of the tower, but I'm afraid I can't. I do recall there being two floors, one with Mule on the bottom, and another with a lounge and the council rooms.

Now that you mention Mule, it was Jay's tower that had the council chambers, there were 2 towers, one for Jay, one for Wesley.

I thought it was spelt; Jagermath, damn I should remember how to spell his name correctly I spent many hours adventuring/Rping with him.
