This is intentional to change the string if you talk to her again.

To confirm, the quest works properly if you start out on the Pathinder's path, the enemies in the next area spawn per normal and you don't have to fight the elf.pwdcrk wrote:if you take ravens wood quest on the evil side once you arrive at the elf that guards the gate to enter the heart of the wood you have the possibility to tell her that you are there to help ( but you should't since you are there to destroy all ) if you "swap" to the good side all the subsequent areas are completely empty BUT if you persist on the evil side during the dialog the elf attacks you but is not damageable with anything since she resists to anything ( even spells or effects that are not resistible )
basically i suppose that if you take the quest on good side everything should work but since i have an evil char i wasn't able to test it
i have to recheck that since last time i tried in pathfinders i didn't find anyone who was willing to give me the quest ( my char is not a canite )Peregrinus wrote:To confirm, the quest works properly if you start out on the Pathinder's path, the enemies in the next area spawn per normal and you don't have to fight the elf.pwdcrk wrote:if you take ravens wood quest on the evil side once you arrive at the elf that guards the gate to enter the heart of the wood you have the possibility to tell her that you are there to help ( but you should't since you are there to destroy all ) if you "swap" to the good side all the subsequent areas are completely empty BUT if you persist on the evil side during the dialog the elf attacks you but is not damageable with anything since she resists to anything ( even spells or effects that are not resistible )

It should be noted that the "evil" path is not per se evil, it is the Canite path for that quest, it is perfectly feasible for an evil character to do that quest on the side of the Pathfinders.
well according to my last try the situation actually is as i'm going to describe and tho is valid (at least) for my dasarian char:pwdcrk wrote:i have to recheck that since last time i tried in pathfinders i didn't find anyone who was willing to give me the quest ( my char is not a canite )Peregrinus wrote:To confirm, the quest works properly if you start out on the Pathinder's path, the enemies in the next area spawn per normal and you don't have to fight the elf.pwdcrk wrote:if you take ravens wood quest on the evil side once you arrive at the elf that guards the gate to enter the heart of the wood you have the possibility to tell her that you are there to help ( but you should't since you are there to destroy all ) if you "swap" to the good side all the subsequent areas are completely empty BUT if you persist on the evil side during the dialog the elf attacks you but is not damageable with anything since she resists to anything ( even spells or effects that are not resistible )
