Crafting +3 weapons

Hey guys,

I have been playing with me crafter and I have been wondering about one thing. I managed to make +3 armor but when I want to make +3 weapon and I think that I found a right gem, there is a info showing, that my crafting rank is too low. I wanted to ask you, if there is some level limit that allows you to make a +3 weapons?

Aye it is (not lvl but grafting abilitys) when try to make like some exotic metal. Try to get some gloves and belt what raise your grafting.

Well it was a cold iron ax and I crafted it. But when I wanted to enchant it, to +3, the message appeared that my rank is too low Now I don't know, if I am using a wrong gem or we have some kind of lvl restriction to make +3 weapons

Well if using wrong gem it sould say that its not right recepise? Think its only too low grafting abilities. Try raise it whit some gear like belt, gloves etc.

It sounds like your using the craft magical arms and armor feat. That doesn't use skill points. It does require a minimum caster level.
