A figure in blue on the night of Solstice

The night of the Winter Solstice proves long and wet with the downpour of frozen rain. A half dozen white oak barrels find their way to the front doors of the The Buck, the Mistyvale, and even The Vissen within Cear. A light dusting of the frozen wet globs upon their round wooden frames reveal them to be bearing the logo of the Cask & Cauldron. To each location there was a gift of the same home-made special brew that brought the C&C its fortune; three barrels of Berry Ginseng Wine, two barrels of Honeywine, and one barrel of Blargentill, for the more daring, or dwarven, patrons. On each delivery, a notice was left, bearing the following:

There's talk of a figure of blue on the Solstice night within the docks district. The smell of fresh baked bread radiates off of him like an expanding cloud, making its way to hungry noses within the alleyways and corners used by many to escape the cold and rain.
