Toolset experts: Can you "proof read" my items???

I have delved into the tool-set recently and was wondering if anyone would be willing to take a look at any thing i make b4 i send it to staff.
I have read the player submitted content instructions, but still i would like to know if its all good b4 it goes to Jeh.
Staff is very busy right now and I would like to relieve the pressure as best i can, so please help me send them something that is useful and of quality to the server.
Any feedback is appreciated whether its about the item properties, appearance, background, etc etc
