New Class (Dread Necromancer)

I am posting this with almost the guarantee that I am going to see this get shot down. One before I do understand that using hak packs can cause a bit of uncertainty on a server especially when You(meaning the server admins) didn't create the coding for it.
I ran a new common class called the Dread Necromancer, which came out of the Heroes of Horror 3.5 book for DnD. I think it is a great class on the PnP as I play it often. I compare it to the Pale Master and see how much more better having something like the dread necromancer in the Dasaria would be for maybe let's say the leader of the Harbingers.
I have posted the link to it here:

I think that the Pale Master ultimately is a poor PrC to mix, since it really doesn't help in the spell casting ability. Also if you have an ECL, you might as well forget taking that class.
Now I am not a big Cheese Game Mechanic builder, but honestly I think the dread necromancer would be a very popular class and I doubt many would even mix it with anything else. I think it would provide a more realistic class to use it's abilities in RP and game mechanics wise of being for example a Necromancer or more specifically a Harbinger of Culnul.
I rolled one up in Vordon's Hero Maker and honestly it was every bit fun to see on NWN2 as in PnP. I hope the design team takes atleast a look at it and hell why not make this have a vote too. Just to see other's reactions.
