Musing in Tin's Place? It's more likely then you think!

Post by Kell »

Hello there, Dasaria.

I found myself in a weird patch tonight, melancholy and thoughts back to better days. And I suddenly started wondering; how are all those people in Dasaria doing nowadays? So. Here I am, asking. How -are- those people doing?

Hope you're all doing well guys.. I've been trying to find roleplay outside NWN and I must say; it's not easy man.. Half of the world still thinks roleplay is gay and the other half seems to have forgotten that roleplay isn't only about what's socially acceptable in the "real world". With which of course, as usual, I have issues with. Old habbits die hard I suppose

So how are things over here? Everything all right?

Love, hugs, kisses and many blessings;

Kell.

Good to hear from you Kell. You should come back and play. There is still RP taking place but its not the same as it was a few years ago. I am not sure why it has changed but it has.

Well, well, look what the cat dragged in. :) Nice to see you Kim.

There's role-play going on, although admittedly I see it sparsely since I'm busy with college. There are several factions/groups that are on different days of the week, and anytime I log-in really, there's role-play somewhere. :)

Things are well Kim. Stressful for Jae and I out here due to job situation (something that has been remedied), but otherwise cool.

I do miss the old days of table top D&D with the group of friends myself. Dasaria is my drug that keeps me stabel after too many years of World of Warcraft. Like giving up heroin for coffee. Had my 1 year here this past April and I love it!

Hey guys. Good to see you're all still about! Plenty of familiar faces! And some new faces too! Hi, hello, well met! Thanks for the kind words. :)

I've been hassled by a bunch of englishmen to play Das again (they don't give up!) and I might just give it a go sometime.. It's getting tempting >.> Hence me checking the water here too I suppose.

How's the euro timezone concerning RP and people online?

Hiya Kim, I think I may actually be innocent of this one... So Get back in Das

You'll enjoy the Euro timezone more thesedays during the evenings anyway quite a few players about and theres a Scrying tool to help you find chars ingame, chars rarely hang out around the fountain thesedays tough.

It's so easy... The CDs are right there, RIGHT...THERE!! You can practically touch them now , while reaching towards them, only as fast as you
want to install it.

Like Das1, but prettier(tm).

Bonus! Varanites and Canites now.

Remember?

I reinstalled it, but nwn 2 feels kinda clunky, like the camera movement, maybe im just not used to it yet, ill keep trying, i am kicking about....might come on now actually, just to have a little run around.

Yeah i think i will.

Procrastination for the win.
