1). Arrow recipes all appear under the Craft Alchemy skill; are any other trade skills necessary for intermediate steps?
2). All listed arrow recipes seem to have special properties; is there also simple non-exotic arrow recipe?

The base item, Quiver of Arrows, is purchased and the special properties are applied using items from the loot pool. No other trade skills are necessary.
