ISO: Player collaborator to rewrite high-level quest

• Want to leave your mark here and giveback to other players
• Are an existing contributor to Meanwhile, or Tales and Stories...
• Are familiar with how the campaign has changed the world in the last couple of years
• Are a Finisher. Starters need not apply.

Having a high level character who has completed the high level quests a few times will certainly be helpful, but it's not mandatory.

Why?

Because I wrote it the first time. It'll be more fun to showcase the talents of another Dasarian.

Also this has been on my list too long and I'm working on something new.
