I was wondering if there are many pc's around with Tah'nai heritage.
I liked the whole history bit in the wiki about conquered/defeated Tah'nai clans being forced into 'civilized society.' Namely, the empire With those Wulark clansman bashing the other clans. I liked the npc who runs Telkhmar charms, and it made me wonder how many other Tah'nai pc's and npc's are around.
my idea was a sort of informal gathering of Tah'nai residing in the empire, who help one another out while trying to scrape out a living in the Empire. (Sort of like in Skyrim, the Argonian Assemblage, and the dunmer's Gray Quarter) I figure, Tah'nai aren't regarded well by typical Varanites, since they're kinda nomadic 'savages'.
I have a few Tah'Nai! One's a barbarian, but one is a seer from a lesser-known (see: nonexistent) tribe.
I'd really like to explore the untapped Tah'Nai lore. Maybe set up discussion to come up with a sort of plotline?
Well, I'm still super new to how things work here, especially factions. So if more experienced players are interested, I'd lovfe todicuss it, and will accept any and all advice xD
My current main is a Tah'nai half orc ranger, Torshan Tusk, of a small, conquered clan. (Boar clan) I kinda based the clan's idea off of a mix between Telkhmar and Khagmen traits, dunno what Boar Clan would translate to in Tah'nai. But, small, insignificant clan, got smashed by the Wulark, those who didn't die were 'converted' to civilized life.
Anywho, I dunno what to call the faction, The Tah'nai Assemblage sounded nifty to me, since it doesn't really matter what clan the Tah'nai was from, simply that they are Tah'nai, and share a somewhat common culture, enough so that they can help each other out, pass on info and such, maybe carry on some traditions in secret. Such as the worship of the animal totems, without getting caught. Things like that. The main goal being, that they try to preserve their people's culture.
