Celestia - A Cold Awakening

Post by Domina »

*Cel lays down in bed as she removes the armor she has grown so accustomed to and fond of. Her long hair falls over her bare slender body while she moves to the closet for a gown to wear. She decides on a green one for the evening, a bit longer than she's used to but it suits her. The mirror reflects the woman in it as Cel comes into view. She smiles cutely to the mirror and hops into bed while making sure Elios was in his normal spot.*

The night is warm in the spring time and it is pretty easy to relax on the bed...even if there is a small hole in it...and she crosses her legs while folding her hand on her chest as sleep takes her. There is nothing in the night itself that suggested any sort of danger or bad karma. Everything was...balanced so to say.

Cel tosses and turns for the night.
There is a cold feeling that slips along her as she sleep.
A shiver of cold slips through her body and she holds her legs subconsciously.
A breath of white slips out of her mouth and she feels drained.
She wakes up with a slight shiver and looks around the room as this sensation feels odd.

She senses the odd void of magic under her bed and as she check...she pales.

The Hammer of Balance laid under her bed as if placed there intentionally. This was beyond disturbing to her but she reaches out to grab it. Cel sits on the bed and the cold feeling goes away but her odd thought of why it would be there left questions in mind. The glowing runes of the Hammer shined as it lay in her mystical enough presence. She set the hammer aside and her thoughts drifted to the promise she had made to Etoth to bring justice with it. And as with her promises, she would continue to do so...

Cel sets the Relic of Etoth in a safe spot and laid back in bed. Her skin regained its color as she once again grows comfortable enough to return to sleep. A ping in her thoughts echos...
The night is far spent, the day is at hand;
Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us wear the armor of light.
