Gralg is looking to buy new gear to battle the bandits outside the Thralls gates outpost. Do not tell them Gralg said its an outpost, they wont like it, they are overcompensating for other stuff with their big church and big faith and their appetite for cows meat.

Nevertheless, Gralg needs some +3 gear like armor cloaks amulets of natural armor and rings str and con of +3.

There's no Rings of Con or Str +3. +3 Con is only on boots, and +3 Str is only on a belt.
