What originally connected the Bards Retreat in Daris and The Mithril Anvil in Seaside Daris before they became known as such? (obscure one this).

A mailorder company?

I'm guessing it was a tunnel.

Not connected literally. :)

Think connected as in "relationship".

They were both founded by the same person? </ longshot guess>
Draco - "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste."
Lorcann - "BACON!"

Both were gonna be bought by Shandelar.

Both were going to be auctioned.

They were secret nergalite shelters.

They are player bought.

Any of those? I know there was -some-thing.

The Mithril Anvil was owned by Dragom, the Bard's Retreat was owned by Kahvi, Dasaria's first disfunctional (RL) couple.

Told you it was obscure. Kimmy wins just for effort alone.

During the black days (months, years, centuries?) in the forest of the damned, near Dasar, one priest lay five items before him on the ground. He lay a curse on them, and a blessing. All were free to take one of the five, similar items, but the consequences were to themselves.

If one took one of them out of greed, one would be cursed.
If one took one of them out of need, one was free to never give back.

What were these (at that time immensely valuable) items?
