Failing to cast teleport for any reason seems to nullify the very next spell you attempt as well. including from wands scrolls and potions. Will update with screenshots when I can.
An example would be.
Attempting to teleport while encumbered. the spell fails. then you go "derp" and rest. you then attempt to cast bulls strength. this spell will "cast" But not actually apply the effects.
Failed Teleport Bug.
