Guidelines for item power?
Willing to make some items for the PW. But I would need a set of guidelines for item power levels.
For now, cap items at +3. Enchantments can be added, but we dont want any "cast spells x times / day". Charged items only. We value items that are unique to the campaign, where some thought has been given to naming them, as well as the description. By all means set the stats to something you see as appropriate, we will vet them anyway and adjust where necessary.
It's just a game...
