Character Death Penalty

If I've missed the post I apologies..but..

What exactly is the death penalty on Dasaria, with refernce to PvM and PvP?

The death penalty for PvP or PvE is the same. 50 xp per character level and a scaled amount of gold (based on how much you're carrying) up to 10,000.
