Not sure where to put this......
I was in the new orc cave and I was given a +3 Robe that on;y a monk can use and some +3 monk gloves with Sonic and when I died and respowned in there they were no longer in my inventory. I was asked to post it so I am. They belong to Subal and he wanted me to see if they were bugged and what can be done about it,

but seriously.. were you using anything to buff your Use Magic Device skill (if not a monk)? I've heard when you log in (maybe respawn too?) while wearing items you can no longer use they'll be deleted.
If you were a monk.. well.. I dunno, pick pocket?
EDIT: Oh, and stick it in the BUGS forum next time.

no my char is not a monk so I wouldn't be able to use them. He said they are very rare items. I know that is the server crashes then you could lose things like you said but never had it done when I died. Is there anyway to give them back to him I have been told that in the game they don't do that but I have never had this happen before. So was just wanting to know what to tell him when I talk to him today.

He wanted me to just post it because they might be bugged. He didn't say how it is just weird that when I died and came back they were gone. So I don't know I told him yesterday that I would post it and I didn't have time so I did it this morning. I guess he is wanting to know if a DM will replace it or something I am not sure.
