Chandeliers on the floor??? How do you edit placable height?

... No idea. I tried everything I could think of, and still didn't figure it out. Any help welcome!

Properties -> Misc -> Position No Snap (number, number, number)

The third number is height adjustment as far as I can tell. I haven't found any other way of adjusting height besides this.

Hold alt+left click then move your mouse up and down.
