Yes the tank looks like a Panzerjäger V Jagdpanther Sd. Kfz. 173

No it doesn't, other than the possibility of sloping armour (which all tanks since the latter part of the second world war have). Also, the Jagdpanther didn't have a top-mounted machine gun, and it's not technically a tank - it's a tank-buster.

I like the Paladin one, but because of the art. Again:
