Fixing scribe scroll, brew potion, craft wand.

I've seen several fixes that reduce the costs of all these to a more worthy and fair price, they're quite simple to implement, would the devs for Das2 consider this?

For brew potion, I personally don't mind the prices if somehow the caster level of the potion could be raised. As a level 14 wizard, the majority of the potions I brew have a caster level of only somewhere between 2-5, making them completely useless.
