That would be good news indeed! After a computer crash the stupid auto-updater took me to 1.10. So I can`t visit Das atm.

Ane yesterday Amazon finally managed to deliver my MotB....

das has upgraded??? if so i will upgrade....please tell me. And the population is killin me right now ive been on a lot, even though i have work and school, and the pop is madd slow right now. pisses me off a bit, only me and wardaw aka titus have been really doing it big on the server lately...ive made about 6 new chars got them all to lvl 6 or so, and i just get bored when i hit that level so i end up creating a new one cause there is never enough people on to do a nice bugbear rally or even two or three extra people to do a nice Kalem quest...deff frusterating to say the least, when i first came here i couldnt go a day without doing 2 or 3 quests with a decent group of 6 or 7....ahhh the old times hehe...well...hopefulyl the floodgates open shortly....and once again is das on 1.10??????

Hey all...

Yeah. I haven't forgotten about this game, or Das., for that matter. I decided to take a little bit of a break b/c of personal reasons. Well, after that happened, my work schedule turned into crazy land and I'm still in the midst of that, some months later. I'm certainly eager to come back to the game when my schedule allows it, and will do my best to dive back in, head first when that time comes.

In the meantime, I hope everyone's having fun, and I'll be looking forward to meeting lots of new faces and personas when I get back!

ohhh.... so that's where Minuvas went. Anyways, I personally am gonna hold out on MOTB until dasaria updates, and play it then, it's not gonna get old on me or anything.

I bought MoTB as well, so I'm not likely to be on Das until it updates now.

I really think the builders should try and make it a priority to get Das updated to the latest version. I've not been on for a few days now, but I bet the population is even worse than it was before. So many people have bought MoTB and can't play das now.

The release of MoTB should bring new players to NWN2 as well as rejuvenating the interest of older players. The patch is supposedly a pretty useful one as well (it certainly seems that the game performs better on my system, anyway). But old players can't come back to das because it's not updated, and new players won't even be ABLE to try it out.

I don't want to sound nasty, especially since this server is completely a product of other people's hard work, but I'm really beginning to have doubts about the dedication of some members of the dasaria team lately. Please don't tell me you guys are giving up..... not after all the work you've put in, and all the hours the players have spent building characters and guilds, and trying to bring life to your world.

Would it be that hard just to make the server friendly with the new ver and release a new PWC that doesnt even include motb yet? It would probably help the server out and the wait time until the next ver of dasaria wouldn't be that bad.

You don't need a new PWC for the server if all you do is upgrade it to the current version.

Seeing as I finally went back and finished the original campaign (and actually enjoyed it!), I too am minutes away from beginning MotB.
