Yet another question about crafting

A question to the DM's/Developers:

Will crafting work if the required spell comes from a wand or scroll? I know it didn't work in the OC, but since we have a custom crafting system I have the hope it does work.

Celanduil has a large collection of wands for this very purpose :wink:

So the caster level restriction is off? For Enchants Armor and Weapons?
