*This piece of dwarven parchament can be found, from inside the Caer city walls. From the pieces of parchament attached to trees, building walls, and from word of mouth people that visit the city, can find out about this.*

The Dwarven smith, Orion Stormbeard, is eager to purchase any materials you can muster, to enhance his crafting. Ingots are welcomed as well are ore and other ingridients.
