Is it possible to enchange longbows with elemental damage?
Does any oneknow how to craft fire/lightning arrows etc?

You can enchant bows.
You can both enchant arrows and create arrows with elemental damage.

I have not attempted to enchant a bow because +3 composite mighty bows are relatively easy to find. Crafting arrows is easy once you know how it works (you need craft alchemy skill) and the recipes. In keeping with Dasaria tradition I will not provide a recipe here but if your crafter contacts any of my Au family characters they will help them get in touch with the Au family arrow crafter for a roleplayed apprenticeship (should not take long as arrow recipes are straight forward).
