Daniel sat on the side of his bed, sharpening his Katana with a whet stone.
The sounding of metal and stone briefly touching eachother repeaditly
filled the room. His cloth was unclean and dirty with mud, no time to baths
before the next contract it seemed.
He sat thinking about the recent events. "Reina, her uncertainty with me is starting to grow on me. I have to secure her trust in me. Otherwise, I am unsure if our relationship will be strong in half a year." he sighs a bit, very lightly to himself " Her jalousi when I'm near Celestia have been clear to everyone. But who am I to judge it? After all, it is obvious she's uncertain when I am around her... After the Grove it has been hard to speak with Domina, but lately it just stroke me natural. We click well together."
He rises and walks towards the weapon rack, leaving his blade to rest.
Walks to the clost and opens it to reveal his amor. - He starts unclothing himself, and shift.
"Perhaps things will fall into place if I just wait, perhaps if I joined the Vanguards and got some new things on my mind. I've heard the AV might be interested to, but If I am to do so I'll need to know more about their duities and vows. There's a lot to decide I suppose. - I longed for love and safety, people I could call a family and fond myself with for good. Like a fundamental place to call home, but it has grown on me, I need to solve all these problems. Otherwise I cannot give all my attention to the serious problems, it simply blurs my sight. I am merely just a man, and I cannot stop bothering my mind with all these troubled feelings. It makes me stressed, but it should'nt."
"Sammil Card has gotten himself a daughter with Amelia, I'm glad on his behalf. - But I fear it could have an impact on his duities as a Colonel, If the task is a burden to him I will be there to help. With the Colonel part of course, I'm unsure I'll be the best extra daddy in the world. Anyways, it is easy to see myself work alongside with this man. - Though, I met one of his Vanguards this day and he had no good feeling of me joining, he seemed angry and not willingly wanting to have me along. Even less as an officer. It stroke me as a problem. But then again, I am not to redirect anyone or tell them to behave proberbly, they are not the Blades and my authority is'nt high enough"
"I met this woman Esmeralda Figura it seemed she was obviously flirting with me, at least it looked like it at first. Reina stood besides me which made me even more nervous on how that would evolve. - But in the end Figura told me it was all and act, and she was an actress. Either if that are true or not, is uncertain to me. But she clearly had a taste for drinks and shots."
The chest plate was now lowered onto him, he tightened the leather straps and took the Katana. He swung it a few times back and forth, cirkling it in his hand and placed it sheated on his back.
He walked out of the door....

Re: Days went
He turned around this night, unable to sleep... Reina was already sleeping, and the moon stood visible, shining its light unto the floor from the window. The weather had been kind this day, no rain. They had been at lake swimming with a group - But that's of course not what troubles him....
When the evening came a shadow lurked forth from nowhere in the vessel of a man, Daniel had encountered him before in Cear. He led hostile groups towards the gates, back then he had black mist covering his body. But this mask was'nt something you forget easily, his mind could'nt seem to remember anything else on him...
This man had told he knew Daniels past, "Your Crimes" repeaded itself in Daniels head. Nervously he frowned and look at Reina, she slept so quiet and peacefully. His hand lifted the blanket to right under her neck, leaving her a breif kiss on her cheek, he stood up and walked to the kitcen to get some water...
... his fists held him leaning on the counter, his eyes staring into nothing. Inside of himself he was wondering, nervous, he wanted to know more.. The goblet got filled and he sipped the water, he continued.. "What if this man was merely taunting me, Reina could be right? - Though that would still be odd to come out of nowhere to taunt, and then leave again. It would hold no purpose, it would be different if I had men under me. But I don't, so what was his purpose? Maybe it was'nt even me he came to seek. Perhaps it was to check on Celestia and her doings" The goblet was placed in the sink, he turned to find the bed again....
... His head rested more ligtened on the quilt this time, his thoughts gave a short break from the shadow. "It seems I lost my trousers today." A smile grew on him "I lost a challenge to the Lightbringer. I must give her, She's more fit than she looks to be, luckily Reina tossed me a dress so I could walk up with my pride in one piece at least. The same event happend to Xander, though he lost them because the girls felt like stealing his" ......"I heard Zeo is writing a book as well, its not the first time I've heard about this, and honestly it strikes my interest greatly. Perhaps I should ask if I could give it a look if he's not to busy snuggling the Bringer of course, I'd never interfere if they happend to---" And just like so he thought himself to sleep...

Re: Days went
Looking to the horrizon from the hillside in Ravenswatch. His eyes was no longer the same, the normally calm and casual shine was gone - He now had but one task he needed done before anything else, learning of his past. Small fragments has already cleared themselves to him. But not nearly enough to tell him anything, his mind keep imagening the Shadowmage, still his purpose was unclear....
... He had told Daniel he was'nt innocent, his crimes was not be undone. Daniel believed he might have been a Canite, he who so desired peace and freedom was now broken by his own past. His hands felt heavier, his lungs felt empty. He knew he might have slain the very people he tried to protect....
Because of this he knew he was to be punished, because whichever sin it was he did it could not be looked past.
his feelings told him to face it, and so he would, as soon as the pieces fit together. - The reason to his eyes looked empty was Reina, he told her to leave him while this task took place. So she did, even though she sheat tears and broke he could'nt let her be alongside trough this. It was necesary he was alone, her missing trust and questions would no longer aid his burdens. They would only give them more weight, so he would spare her this, and face his past alone....
The rumor of Xarion the former Canite kept going trough his thoughts. He knew his back was ripped open by a steelheaded-whip, nineheaded perhaps even more. The lonely reason for his survival was help, it was puplic and people would be cheering. He pictured himself in his place and knew his strengh might never come back if he was to face such cruilty. But would he rather this, or rot up in a cell? His expression turned sour, first step first. He would now wait for this Shadowmage, and face whichever events faith would put upon him. Daniel turned towards the Talonroad, and started to walk....

Re: Days went
The story goes: A ferocious warror among the Canites once stood, he killed without pity or hesitation.
This man killed woman, children in the blink of his orders, he was war-torn. Dark Templars talked about him, people heard of his slaughterings and battles. On the field he was known as a beast, a killer, though, people could not put a face upon him - Valcan Amerial - this was the name Daniel has waited to hear..
He now needed the answers of what happend to this man, and if he had any family, he needed to know who took his memories. Revenge stood clear in Daniels eyes, he would solve this mystery and regain what has been taken from him... Valcan was about to return home, but his alliance stood not with them anymore. And his anger grew ever so fierce day by day...

Re: Days went
Guilt, a sharp-edged weapon that cuts trough flesh, it puts thorns on the soul and damages your mind like was it boiling oil on your hands..
Daniel had been wrong, it was wrong to push Reina who'd always been with him, fought for him, Spoken for him, even taken his near-dead body, pulling it away from danger to revive it. But he hadn't seen her feelings, he forgot to remember the consistency of his actions....
Reina saw Daniel and Celestia near each other, in her eyes she must have felt he declined her so he could have Celestia Domina. But it was'nt true, the past days the air with both of them around had been thick. It was almost impossible to make them work alongside each other, it sounded most as if they wanted to tear one another apart and feed the pieces to Manticores. Daniel was in regret, he now understood it was his fault, he should have made things clearer. Perhaps if he never had pushed Reina aside he wouldn't stand in this mess now. - He was sure Reina loved him, but Celestia, that was uncertain. Reina was right if Celestia knowingly harmerd her, she would need an prober excuse. But how was Daniel to know, Celestia had just been supporting him. It was at least how he saw it, the nearest they came to lovers would be her pecking his cheek once. Daniel had to bring those close to him together... He needed this....
His feelings was hidden in quilt, quilt, and a sharp well-build piece of regret. He now had to made people work together, everyone.
