Words of wisdom, you know, that stuff your grandpappy used to tell you while you rolled your eyes. He used to tell me, "When I was in prison camp, I was lucky if I had a maggot in my soup!" While it does not seem like words of wisdom it does make me remember how lucky I am not to have to ever utter such a sentence.
