Language selestion menu pop-up

I created a new Halfling (stoutheart of course) and the Language Selection Menu cutaway that normally pops up after leveling is popping up after every load screen. So far I have tried selecting the 4 picks it says are available to me, but the screen drops when the last language is selected. I then tried picking one per loadscreen, and the 3 languages I selected were added (or at least the purple text said so, and they appear in my feats on the character sheet) but the last selection presently remains out of reach, closing the menu when it is selected.

After hitting level 2, and level'ing, the language selection did not pop up like it normally would, and continues to pop up after every load screen, dangling that one unpickable language at me.

I have made a hafling also. I get to pick languages and then the window closes and the langugagefeats do not show up. And at every transit i have to repick them but they do not stick.

My issue is similar, but on a human and without the window popping up on transitions. The moment I pick a language, the window closes, instead of letting me click on the accept button.
