The house was almost as quiet as a mouse as Zeo went through the documents of his past missions when he was on the front. Each one showed him the information on how well the mission went including the losses in combat. Taking a moment to read through each document Zeo glanced back at his blade which was now resting in a weapon stand on the wall. He did miss the day he was at the front and yet even now he wished that he could stand with the soldiers on the front. Standing up and walking over towards it his hand slowly raised up and hovered lightly over the handle. It had been a long while since he took hold of his blade.
Unfortunately before he could even touch the handle of his fathers blade the door went taking his trail of thought away. Moving over towards the door and picking up his eye patch along the way Zeo started to unlock the door. The day was still early but when Zeo opened the door a smile came onto his face. In front of him was some teenagers with bags what looked to be filled with clothing and items.
“Good, please, follow me”
That was nearly one month ago and even now he was training them endlessly to get them to that standard of a Falcon. Smiling at the group and watching each one of them making sure that they are doing everything correct and making sure that there are on top of things.
“That's it Alex!, stay on your feet and keep your balance.”
Zeo was currently sparing with Alex with wooden swords and shields as he trained him to use the blade and shield. Zeo was taking it easy since his condition caused him to tired quickly but non the less blows were made, First Alex would go for a sidewards swing towards Zeos hip but that was blocked by Zeo who was just using a shield. This was followed up again with another swing directed towards the other side of Zeo but this time he moved out of the way and lightly pushed Alex, causing him to fall over onto his back as Zeo stood there panting heavily.
“Jade . . take . over”
Within seconds of the name being called a young girl that must have been 17 came over and took Zeos place for the time being. As soon as that happened Zeo walked outside of the room and leaned up against the wall with a hand on his chest. He was out of sight from them training as the door was next to him. Something like this was something that Zeo was going to tell them as his breathing slightly got back to the way it was.
It was getting late as Zeo started to clean up the equipment within the training rooms he had made before going towards his room. Taking out a potion from the medical draw Zeo drank the small bottle till it was bone dry on the inside and placed the empty bottle to the side. The Healer that was helping him find a cure to this problem gave him a box full of potions. He told him that he should drink a potion every day before going to bed then eventually he should be healed. Looking back towards the door he could see one of his pupils standing right in the doorway. Gesturing them to come over he made himself in more of a fitting mood to talk, hiding the bottle away as he faced the person.
“Sapphire?, Nightmare again?”
Despite how old she looked she nodded at Zeos question and with Zeo seeing this he got an extra chair and placed it down. Sapphire took the seat without any extra question and upon doing so she started to explain what her nightmare was. Time passed by almost as if was nothing and before long Sapphire stood up and gave Zeo a hug before heading towards her bed. Something about that hug made him feel different but yet he couldn't figure out why. Shaking his head a bit he decided that it was time for him to get some sleep for himself.
