Apparently they don't make 'em in Yvalee's colour anymore. Didn't we used to have more available colours?

Humans have the most color variations (snow white to pitch black); the subraces all have a tighter racial color scheme, e.g., no Caucasian Dark Elves.

The colour selection was changed a couple of times last year.

BTW, sometimes the new Yvalee looks way more pale than she's supposed to in my screen. I haven't noticed this with any other character.

That's because she's a half-blood. Sometimes she's black, sometimes she's white.
