Lost spawn point - Vanguard chapterhouse

I thought I had reported this last year, but apparently, I didn't (I've talked with a couple of DMs about it, though).

My character Tharwulf is a member of the Vanguard faction and used to have the chapterhouse as a spawn point. Some time ago, he was recreated from level 1, and I haven't been able to get the spawn point back since. I've tried entering his personal quarters (IIRC, I was told that's how it's normally added) and talking to the quartermaster, and DMs Wired and Odin weren't able to fix it in-game when they tried.

It's not a huge deal because I can still spawn in The Burning Troll Inn, but it's been bugging me a bit for a while.

Some further information/update:

1. I was able to get it with a Vanguard that has existed for awhile
2. I was able to get it by entering a recently purchased house
3. The character "Tharwulf" is in the faction in game.

Maybe he needs Vanguard in front of his name. Or maybe he hasn't sacrificed enough goats to Ch'taia, I dunno.
