Guilds in Das are often known as Factions. They are usually player created/led/driven and fit in with and help develop the campaign integrity (IE: the pink fluffy funsters probably won't be that well received if all they do is have pink fluffy fun). To get in one is to RP a character that fits in one. To create one is to find a niche and fill it - there is nothing stopping you and friends from calling yourselves a particular group but , I believe, you need to contact a DM to get one officially started (and definately to get a usergroup on the forums).

EDIT - what BeyondRedemption 54y5 t00.
I don't feel any shame, I won't apologise

We should start creating factions then!

Perhaps groups of bards...or merchants. That would be interesting, then there would be constant trade. :)

As for the bards, we could start giving shows in big groups... even if we can't really play anything remarkable. And there are always people waiting to be hired to dance. :p

Then again, this idea might actually work only three months from now...

Many things are possible in Dasaria. This is an aspect of our core philosophy.

Who knows what schemes and plans are already at work? Cear is a city of secrets and power-struggles. Gold is cheap and life cheaper.

Choose well your friends!

Right you are, Grayle. :) From what my characters have heard, there is some characters planning something big! Very big! But most likely will never work anyways.

Well, I'm sure there is always space for a dancer with swords. Hey, maybe Shar could learn to swallow some... on fire!
