Filefront is not behaving, so this is the best place to find the PWC.

I think we should replace the link in the PWC forum with one of the links in the topic you posted. It certainly would help get rid of some confusion.

this link gives me a complete pwc filv v13, but when un extract the rar i get error message incomplete file. Have tried several times

I just downloaded and extracted the file successfully. I'm not sure what to tell you. Maybe reinstall winrar? Here are the correct file sizes so you can confirm you have the whole file.

File Sizes
Cear_v13.rar 86,198,367 bytes
Cear v13.pwc 314,257,175 bytes

I find winrar has some issues sometimes. That and it is not a freeware program.

I would try a program called 7-zip (Google it). It's free and a very quick and dirty program. just make sure once you install it to go into the options menu and make all file associations to it.
