1. Fire up the toolkit.
2. Wait
3. Wait
4. Click on the "Items" Button on the blueprints pane; We'll be making an item
For simplicity's sake, let's start with making a copy of the "Commoner's Outift," rather than starting from scratch
5. Locate the outfit (Open the Tree to Armor... Clothing...) and left-click/select "Commoner's Outfit"
6. Right click on "Commer's Outfit" and choose Copy Blueprint... Module as depicted.

This will create a copy of the Blueprint, which will automatically appear at the bottom of the "Clothing" list, and will be conveniently highlighted in bold text for you.
7. Go ahead a select your new blueprint. It should automatically open the Properties tab, but I've circled it here for you anway.

9. Let's edit some properties
Change the Template Refref to psc_YOURNAME_outfitname
Change the Resource name to psc_YOURNAME_outfitname
Change the Localized Name to the name you wish to appear in-game, e.g. "Evyla's Mantrapping Gown"
Change the Localized Description to the creative description of your choosing
Change the Classification to "PSC Das Clothing"
Allright, once you've got that all taken care of, we're ready for the fun part. You can always come back to the Properties tab and edit your name/description.
10. Click on the "Armor" set Tab

For outfits we're just looking for "cloth" types, but you're basically free to mess with anything on this page to experiment and customize the look and colors of your item. I'm going to comment the least on this section, it's basically up to you, save that there's a little checkbox you can use to preview your item with both male and female models.
That's basically it. You can change your icon and some other stuff back on the Properities page, but I'll leave that for you to discover. If you want to save your work, you can go ahead and save to whole thing as a new module, File... Save As... and just open that the next time you want to get back in and edit or create items.

OK -- Once have an item or multiple items that you're satisfied with and wish to submit, you're going to want to export them into a file called an ERF and email it to me. Here's the process for that...
1. Select File... Export....

2. In the Export Dialog, use the flipper to select ItemBluePrints, Select the item you want to export in the left pane and click the Add button. The item will get moved over to the right column. Oh look! There's the item I just created. You can add multiple items to the export if you've made more than one.

3. Click OK, you'll get the familiar-old save dialog. Give your file a friendly name and click Save...

4. Email me your ERF or put it up on the Internet somewhere where I can download it.
