gc_check_level

Post by Jay Four »

gc_check_level

In theory, used to check if a PC is a certain level or better.

Some gotchas:

nMP doesn't check his party, it checks the whole server
If ANY of the people on the whole server are too low, it returns FALSE.

Keep it in mind!

Gc_check_class doesn't have a multiplayer parameter, so no it doesn't have the same problem.

Are you sure? I think it'll just check members of the speaking character's party.

Nope.

What do you use as a workaround?

No, gc _check_class doesn't check party members. It checks the PC speaker and the PC speaker only, which is why it doesn't have the same problem as gc_check_level.
