A hurriedly written note is pinned on the notice board in Cear. The handwriting is thin and spidery, the ink is splotchy and it was clearly not allowed to dry properly.

Wanted: Weaponsmith

I am looking for a good, single-handed weapon, of steel construction or better, with magical ability. I am willing to pay a fair weight in gold for such a weapon, provided it is in good condition, and I have a number of magical reagents on me that may make this arrangement more expeditious. Please note that I am well travelled, and therefore am looking for a smith with significant skill. Ink your name below, the rough phase of the moon and position of the sun that you will be in Cear.
